Bras and bra fitting
Bras come in various styles, fabric and colours. It is important,
however, that the bra you have chosen fits you correctly.
Over 70% of
the female population are walking around with the wrong size bra.
The questions to ask yourself if your bra is the correct size is
as follows:
1. Is your bust
enclosed within the cups, if so you should have a smooth line where
the material at the top of the cup ends and meets your bust? There
should be no bulging or ridges on the sides or tops of the cups.
2. Are the wires
in the front flat against your rib cage, do they rub, dig in or
poke out at the front?
3. If you stand
sideways at a mirror, is the strap horizontal that circles your
body, does it ride up your back at all? The strap that circles your
body should be firm but comfortable.
The reason you
need a good sports bra is that your bust has no muscles and they
will bounce, without a good bra, during exercises. This, as you
know, will lead to a sagging chest! |
